2025 Country Results Report - Syria

The 2025 UN Country Results Report presents how the United Nations Country Team in Syria delivered collective results under the UN Strategic Framework (2022-2026), responding to urgent needs while supporting recovery and resilience. 

The report highlights progress across four strategic pillars, including expanded access to basic services, strengthened livelihoods, support for safe and dignified returns, and enhanced institutional capacity. It demonstrates how coordinated UN action, in partnership with national institutions of Syrian government, civil society, and donors, contributed to tangible improvements for millions of people, while acknowledging persistent challenges and funding gaps as Syria continues its transition toward sustainable recovery and development.
